1. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Return Process

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
- In case of COD orders, bank details will be requested for processing.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos of the damaged product for verification.
- We will replace or refund based on the evidence provided.
