1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Process

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
  • In case of COD orders, bank details will be requested for processing.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged product for verification.
  • We will replace or refund based on the evidence provided.
